What TradePsycho Is

TradePsycho is a dashboard and account management tool only. It is not a broker, investment advisor, or trading platform. TradePsycho does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment advice. NinjaTrader and Tradovate are listed as third-party integrations/connections, not brokerages affiliated with TradePsycho.

No Investment Advice

Nothing in TradePsycho constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any data, analytics, or account summaries displayed are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Account Data

When you connect a third-party account (such as Tradovate), you authorize TradePsycho to retrieve and display account information on your behalf. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party integrations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse TradePsycho, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TradePsycho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePsychoLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of TradePsycho.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TradePsycho after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
